Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit of the service cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. Pricing: 45-Minute Facial – $100 (Deposit: $50) 60-Minute Facial – $120 (Deposit: $60) Appointments can be booked online or in person, subject to availability. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 12 hours before your appointment to avoid any fees. If you cancel less than 12 hours before your appointment or do not show up, your deposit is non-refundable and will be retained as a cancellation fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show.
