Cancellation Policy

-Deposit Required: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance. -Booking in Advance: Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. -Rescheduling & Cancellations: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 12 hours before the start time without penalty. -Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations or no-shows within 12 hours of the appointment will result in a 15% fee of the service price, which will be deducted from your deposit. -Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the cancellation fee may apply.
